Terms of Use — Foxy Play
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Foxy Play application, published by Hinoro Studio. By accessing or using the application, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Publisher and acceptance
Publisher: Foxy Play is developed and operated by Hinoro Studio (independent developer).

By downloading, installing or using the Foxy Play application, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept them, please do not use the application.
2. Description of the service
Foxy Play is an educational game application for families. It offers activities covering maths, logic, language, geometry, science, memory and general knowledge.
The application is available on iOS, Android and Web.
A parent area allows you to manage player profiles, progress and settings. On mobile (iOS and Android), access is protected by device authentication (fingerprint, Face ID or passcode). On the web version, a parental code can be set.
3. Access and user account
3.1 Use without an account
You may use Foxy Play without creating an account. In that case, progress is saved only on the device used and cannot be synced to other devices.
3.2 Use with an account
Creating an account (by email, Google or Facebook) allows you to:
- Sync progress across devices;
- Save up to 4 player profiles per account;
- Restore purchases on a new device.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Any use of your account is your responsibility.
4. In-app purchases
4.1 Free offer
A free version of Foxy Play is available with limited access to content.
4.2 “Lifetime” offer
A one-time purchase unlocks all content permanently. This purchase is linked to your App Store or Google Play account.
4.3 Restoring purchases
After reinstalling the app or changing device, you can use the “Restore purchases” function in the app. Restoring on a different device requires a Foxy Play account linked to the same purchase.
4.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled only by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their respective policies. Hinoro Studio cannot process refunds directly.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of Foxy Play — including the Foxy character, illustrations, questions and educational content, code, sounds and interface — are the exclusive property of Hinoro Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the application content;
- Decompile or attempt to extract the source code;
- Use the content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from Hinoro Studio.
6. Rules of use
By using Foxy Play, you agree not to:
- Use the application for illegal purposes or contrary to public order;
- Bypass security or premium access mechanisms;
- Create fraudulent or automated accounts;
- Disrupt the operation of the servers or technical infrastructure.
Any breach may result in suspension or termination of your access to the service.
7. Service availability
Hinoro Studio endeavours to keep the application available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or technical reasons beyond its control.
Hinoro Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, and will endeavour to inform users in advance when possible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- Foxy Play is provided “as is”; Hinoro Studio does not guarantee its fitness for any particular purpose.
- Hinoro Studio shall not be liable for data loss, service interruption or direct or indirect damage arising from the use or inability to use the application.
9. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available in the app and on the website. By using Foxy Play, you also accept that policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought by contacting support@foxy-play.com. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes to the Terms
Hinoro Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be brought to users’ attention in the application. Continued use of Foxy Play after notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
The current Terms are available at any time in the application and on the website.
