Privacy Policy — Foxy Play

This policy describes how Hinoro Studio collects, uses and protects the personal data of users of the Foxy Play application. Please read it carefully.

1. Publisher and contact

Foxy Play is an educational game application developed and operated by Hinoro Studio.

For any question regarding your personal data or this policy:

Data is hosted on Google (Firebase) servers located in the European Union or the United States depending on the region.

2. Data collected

We only collect data necessary for the operation of the service and to improve the application.

2.1 Account data (when you register)

When you create an account, we record:

• Your email address and, if applicable, a display name;
• The sign-up method used (direct, Google or Facebook).

This data enables synchronisation of your progress across devices.

2.2 Player profile data

For each player profile (child or user):

• First name or nickname chosen freely;
• Avatar index selected in the app (no real photographs);
• Game progress: scores, stars, play time, level reached;
• Parent area protection: on mobile, verification via fingerprint, Face ID, or phone passcode; on web, parental code stored encrypted (never transmitted in clear).

2.3 Usage data (analytics)

We collect aggregated, anonymised usage data, including:

• Games and themes used;
• Session duration;
• Interface language.

This data cannot be used to identify an individual.

2.4 Crash reports

In the event of a technical error, the app may send an anonymous crash report via Firebase Crashlytics to fix bugs.

2.5 Purchase-related data

In-app purchases (“Lifetime” offer) are managed by RevenueCat. We do not process any payment data; payments are made exclusively via App Store or Google Play.

Foxy Play does not sell your personal data.

Data may be processed by the following providers:

• Google Firebase (auth, database, analytics, Crashlytics) — Google Privacy Policy

• Meta / Facebook (only if you choose Facebook login) — Meta Policy

5. Retention

• Active account: account and progress data are kept for as long as your account exists.
• Account deletion: on request, all associated data is deleted within 30 days.
• Use without account: data is stored locally on the device and removed when the app is uninstalled.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data;
• Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
• Data portability;
• Object to processing.

7. Audience and minors

Foxy Play is for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent.

If you believe a child has provided us with data without parental authorisation, please contact us immediately at support@foxy-play.com to request deletion.

8. Account deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated data:

1. Email support@foxy-play.com;
2. Use the subject line: “Account deletion”;
3. State the email address linked to your account.

Your request will be processed within 30 days. All your personal data (account, player profiles, progress) will then be permanently deleted from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

9. Cookies and tracking

The mobile app does not use cookies.

The web version may use equivalent technologies (local storage, session identifiers) strictly necessary for Firebase (authentication). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

10. Changes to this policy

Any substantial change to this privacy policy will be notified in the app. The current version remains available on the application website and in the app.
